[ensembl-dev] EFG array mapping environment probe2transcript fails looking for transcript_stable_id table

Hi, 

 

I am trying to run an annotation of Affy_UTR arrays using Ensembl
version 67.  Unfortunately the process fails when the
probe2transcript.pl script dies looking for the transcript_stable_id
table (as part of the fetch_by_stable_id method).  It looks like this
table no longer exists in the core database schema.  Is the
probe2transcript script out-of-date?
