[ensembl-dev] Newbie BLAT configuration question

Hi All,

I've been scrabbling around for online instructions on how to configure a web-based BLAT resource (such as presented as the default option via http://www.ensembl.org/Multi/blastview) but without much success. The rest of my site appears to work well, and I just need to bolt the BLAT search into the blastview page, so any help on where to start would be much appreciated.
