[ensembl-dev] missing modules in ensembl-variation

Hey ensembl-variation team,

I'm having some trouble with the variation-checkouts- there are some dependencies missing.


Here's what's missing in the ensembl-variation 62 checkout : 

Bio::EnsEMBL::Variation::Pipeline::ProteinFunction::Constants is missing. 

modules like RebuildIndex and SetVariationClass depend on this. 



In ensembl-variation checkout 63 and onwards,including HEAD,  Bio::EnsEMBL::Variation::Pipeline::ProteinFunction::Constant is missing. 

Can someone point me to Bio::EnsEMBL::Variation::Pipeline::ProteinFunction::Constants, please ?
