[ensembl-dev] Local installation

Hi,

I come back to you because I 'm retrying to make a local installation
of Ensembl.
When launching httpd, The error message is:
/data/APPLIS/ENSEMBL/apache2/bin/httpd -d /data/APPLIS/ENSEMBL

Syntax error on line 36 of /data/APPLIS/ENSEMBL/conf/httpd.conf:
