Hi,
I have a question about the embl multi-gene data from ftp://ftp.ensembl.org/pub/release-64/embl/homo_sapiens/. I only found 6 FTs in that files: STS, mRNA, misc_RNA, exon, CDS, misc_feature. On the other hand, according to the embl readme file (feature_key), there should be 60 of them. I listed them below. so my question is why "intron" and "3'UTR" regions are not provided in the embl multi-gene data? I actually download two single-gene files to check this too, and both files also only have 6 FTs.
Thanks,
Wanmei
