[ensembl-dev] Request Help

  I am trying to integrate 10-15 routine bioinformatics  applications(
BLAST, CLUSTAL w, PILEUP etc) with the databases. I would
 like to reconfirm with you that if I can integrate these tools using the
 APIs provided with ensemble/biomart? If not what is the methodology to
integrate these applications with the database and make them use the data
from the databases like that of SRS project.
