[ensembl-dev] Error conecting to Ensembl DB with bioperl.

Hi all,

I am running a script made with bioperl libraries and a get the following error when i am trying to run it

"DBI connect('host=ensembldb.ensembl.org;port=5306','anonymous',...) failed: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'ensembldb.ensembl.org' (113) at /usr/share/perl5/Bio/ensembl/modules/Bio/EnsEMBL/Registry.pm line 1453"

What kind of error is (113) is it that there are many conections to the server o what does it mean?
