[ensembl-dev] SGE Blast

Hi,

has anyone here got an idea how to run NCBI blast scripts through SGE?

I've tried to modify the SGE_wublast script to work with blastall 
instead, with some success. The jobs get submitted correctly, but when 
they are finnished they only show the results as a text file. I want the 
fancy blast view graphical display.

I'd really appreciate some input on this.
