[ensembl-dev] Blastview problem

Hi,

I'm trying to get my own instance of ensembl fully functional but I get 
sort of a strange error.

When running blastview configured to run with NCBI blast, I get the 
following error:

 >> Content-type: text/plain
 >> [blastall] FATAL ERROR: Failed to allocate 191036606 bytes

When I run the same command as the log-file shows (for blastall) on the 
command line, its giving the correct output. Is there some memory 
constraints when starting blastall from apache?

My machine is 4GB ram, ubuntu server 10.04 64-bit.
