[ensembl-dev] Ensembl pipeline with Torque/Maui schedule

Hello,

I'm trying to setup and run the Ensembl analysis pipeline on a cluster
that uses the Torque/Maui scheduler. Has anyone written a
BatchSubmission module for this scheduler that they could share, or
discovered that one of the existing ones works well with Torque?
