[ensembl-dev] Directionality of pan taxonomic compara DB

Hi,

I noticed I can get vertebrate homologs of protists genes using the pan 
taxonomic db. For example PF11_0303 in P. falciparum has orthologues in 
D.rerio, H.sapiens, M.musculus, etc.

Now my question is: is the pan-homology db bidirectional? I.e. can I 
query a mouse, human, etc gene and get its orthologues in p.falciparum 
through the API?
