Hi all,

I am writing a script to access the EFG database and extract microarray
annotation.

In essence I use an array adaptor to retrieve all probesets and then
cycle through these extracting information at the probe and probeset
level.

Just wondering if there are any tips for writing these so that they run
as quickly as possible. I have looked at the
microaray_annotation_example.pl script but just wondering if there are
any other general pointers.

Best,

Gavin
