[ensembl-dev] Synteny issue

Hi,

I have installed a local mirror of ensembl for running BlastView.
Whenever i search for a sequence in Blast, i do not get the "Synteny" for
the resulting match.
Can you please suggest what is the issue, where do i need to check??
