Hi Gavin,

Instead of the following:

*my @genearray = @{$gene_adaptor->list_stable_ids()};

*
*...*
*
# Foreach gene pull annotation*
*
foreach my $geneid (@genearray) {*
*
*
You could perhaps try this?

*foreach my $geneid (@{$gene_adaptor->list_stable_ids}) {*
