[ensembl-dev] <Synteny> in Blast view disabled.

Hi,

I have setup a mirror for BlastView on ensembl locally.

The Section

        Comparative GenomicsAlignments (image) Alignments (text) Multi-species
view Synteny   is not enabled i.e  Its not shown as hyper link. Can anyone
please tell me where does it pick the data from or what needs to be set in
order to enable it?
Any pointers will be helpful.
