[ensembl-dev] Problem in Running Ensembl Core API (Urjaswita Yadav)...

Firstly, my apologies for my previous message, I forgot to remove the
previously emails from my message and also forgot to edit the subject title.
That was my first email to this list, it won't happen again!

In answer to your question Urjaswita, that is very strange indeed,
especially that there is no output what-so-ever. What version of Perl are
you running and how did you install the modules?

It's quite difficult to troubleshoot an issue like this over email,
especially on a developer list like this. Perhaps it might be worth posting
a message on BioStar (http://biostar.stackexchange.com/), which saves lots
of emails back and forth on this developer list trying to resolve the
issues?
