[ensembl-dev] Chromosome 4 Haplotype - All Ns

Hi,

I was wondering why the DNA sequence for the chromosome 4 haplotype
(HSCHR4_1, from Ensembl FTP downloads) consists entirely of "N" bases?

GRCh37 contains 590426 non-N bases for that sequence.
