Hi,

I have just run an array mapping and it looks like it completed ok but
at the very final stage I got an error message:

DBD::mysql::db do failed: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check
the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right
syntax to use near '.status_name_id from array a, status_name sn where

ps -ef | grep 'probe2transcript' to find out if it is still running

Anyone recognize it?

Best,

Gavin
