[ensembl-dev] Can't connect to ensembl database

Hi Glenn,

I am sorry that I don't know how to check the Perl API version. However, I tried 
to download ensembl API and reinstall it again, the same errors appear. I should 
be in the latest version if I reinstall it again, right?
