[ensembl-announce] Declarations of intentions for Ensembl Genomes Release 37

Dear all,

Release 36 of Ensembl Genomes is scheduled for August 2017. Briefly, 
this release will include the following:

  * Ensembl Metazoa: updated cross-references
  * Ensembl Protists: automated gene annotation update, PHI-base 4.3
    annotation
  * Ensembl Fungi: new automatic genome imports from ENA with PHI-base
    4.3 annotation, new /Beauveria bassiana ARSEF/ 8028 genome, updated
    peptide pipeline
  * Ensembl Plants: new genomes for /Corchorus capsularis/ (Jute) and
    /Manihot esculenta/ (Cassava), updated /Sorghum bicolor/ genome,
    alignment-based cross references to UniProt and RefSeq, automatic
    ncRNA gene annotations and updated comparative genomics to
    incorporate new genomes
  * General: updated protein features and BioMarts
