[ensembl-announce] Ensembl Helpdesk Downtime: 24th-27th October

Ensembl Helpdesk is migrating to a new RT infrastructure on the week commencing the 24th October. During this period helpdesk at ensembl.org will be unavailable. 

The migration is due to start at 9am BST 24th October and finish by 12pm BST 27th October. Any email sent to helpdesk at ensembl.org will be queued and then released once we have confirmed the successful migration of our infrastructure. You will not receive notification of the queued email. Please refrain from sending multiple requests in. We will send an email to announce at ensembl.org to confirm once our helpdesk is open again.

dev at ensembl.org is unaffected by this move and will be available for you to send questions to.
