[ensembl-announce] Ensembl 86 is out!

We are pleased to announce that the latest Ensembl update (e!86) has
been released:

Highlights of this release include:

- Genome annotation for 16 mouse strains
- Chicken: new assembly and gene build 
- Macaque: new assembly and gene build
- Mouse lemur: new assembly and gene build
- New lincRNA data
