[ensembl-announce] Public Ensembl Genomes MySQL server downtime

The public Ensembl Genomes server on 
mysql.ebi.ac.uk/mysql-eg-publicsql.ebi.ac.uk needs restarting to fix an 
urgent problem. This will happen at 16.30 BST today, and should take no 
more than a few minutes. Apologies for any inconvenience.
