[ensembl-announce] downtime of Ensembl Plants biomart

The Ensembl Plants biomart server needs to be taken down for essential 
maintenance today. The server will be taken down at 10am BST and we 
anticipate downtime of several hours. A further announcement will be 
made once the server is available again.

Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause and the short notice 
required.
