[ensembl-announce] Ensembl Release 62

The Ensembl project is pleased to announce release 62 of Ensembl (http://www.ensembl.org/).
Some highlights of this release are:

* Human:
   - Adding the third patch release for human assembly
   - Update to annotation incorporating the latest geneset from Havana.
   - Fresh import of dbSNP132, Allele Frequencies from 1000 genomes project, and other external sources
   - Incorporation of more ChIP-Seq data from ENCODE and Epigenomics Roadmap into the Regulatory Build

* Mouse:
   - Update to annotation incorporating the latest geneset from Havana.

* Other species:
   - Xenopus - update to a new assembly (4.2)  
   - Patches to Panda, Rabbit and Marmoset
   - Update of Yeast variation and functional genomics databases

* New species:
   - Gibbon (Nleu1.0).

* Web features:
   - Support for BigWig format.
   - Searchable help and documentation.
