[Announce] Public database maintenance

Following last week's successful work, we are now planning to proceed  
with the remaining database backup and maintenance:

* martdb.ensembl.org (MySQL 5 databases on ports 5xxx) - Tuesday 27 July
* BLAST  - Tuesday 27 July
* ensembldb.ensembl.org (MySQL 4 databases on ports 3xxx) - Weds 28 July
* ensembldb.ensembl.org (MySQL 5 databases on ports 5xxx) - Thurs 29  
July

Work will commence around 7am on the day in question and take  
approximately 30 minutes. During this time, the relevant services (db  
access via  the API, or submitting/retrieving BLAST tickets) will be  
unavailable.
