[ensembl-announce] BLAST databases - scheduled downtime

Our BLAST databases are due for maintenance work, which has been  
scheduled for Wednesday 15th December, in the morning (UK time). Both  
the UK and US West sites will be affected, with BLAST being  
unavailable during this time; our apologies for any inconvenience  
caused.
