[ensembl-dev] Has the size of attrib_type.code column changed?

I have a script that keeps our attrib_type tables in sync with the
master_attrib_type table in ensembl_production.  Now it fails because
our attrib_type.code column is varchar(15), the
master_attrib_type.code column is varchar(20) and some of the values
are too big to insert.  Is this deliberate?
