[ensembl-dev] Condel Plugin not working for VEP 71

Hello,

I'm trying to use the latest Condel Plugin obtained from GIT repository. 
I'm struggling with the following error message.

2013-04-17 12:24:19 - Read existing cache inforeadline() on closed filehandle SIFT at /home/likewise-open/SGNET/gmarco/.vep/Plugins/Condel.pm line 136.

readline() on closed filehandle POLYPHEN at /home/likewise-open/SGNET/gmarco/.vep/Plugins/Condel.pm line 147.

2013-04-17 12:24:20 - Warning: plugin Condel,/home/likewise-open/SGNET/gmarco/.vep/Plugins/config/Condel/config,b version (2.4) does not match the current VEP version (71)
