[ensembl-dev] db object unstable ?

Hi All

TILSI web page applies general gene information from Ensemble mirror with
related URL, sometimes ( one in three ) the URL returns following database
error

Database Error
Could not connect to the core database.
This view requires a gene, transcript or protein identifier in the URL. For
example:
http://ensembl.tilsi.org/Caenorhabditis_elegans/Gene/Summary?g=Y42H9B.1
If you think this is an error, or you have any questions, please contact
our HelpDesk team.

I dump $db_adaptor from modules/EnsEMBL/Web/Factory/Gene.pm. If the error
occurs, $db_adaptor is undefined. Look like the error is caused by
undefined object.
Is there any method can improve the wekness ?
